This Trip Report showcases many of the photographic portraits from our 14-day November 2025 New Caledonia Bird-Photo-Tour covering both South Province on Grande Terre Island as well as Ouvea Island within the Loyalty Islands Province. One of South Pacific’s most remote and under-visited countries this Bird-Photo-Tour captured both rare endemic and resident birds deep in New Caledonia's verdant forests such as the prehistoric-looking Kagu, the unique Cloven-feathered Dove and the scarlet New Caledonian Myzomela as well as witnessing incredible seabird colonies along pristine beaches and atolls. [Canon EOS R1, EOS R5 Mark II, RF 600 mm f/4 IS USM, RF 100-500 mm F4.5-7.1 USM].
