Taiping was born and raised in western Guangdong province in Shaoguan Prefecture and has an expert knowledge of the birds in this area. With speciality birds to photograph including Cabot’s Tragopan, Silver Pheasant, White-necklaced Partridge, Tawny Fish Owl, Chinese Bamboo Partridge, Grey-sided Scimitar Babbler and Scaly-sided Merganser, Taiping is well-placed to provide guidance and support to ensure close photographic encounters of Guangdong's birds are enjoyed.
